Pastured Heritage Pork

Our pigs are Tamworth/Berkshire mixed heritage breed. Renowned for the flavourful meat, this pork is darker and marbled with tasty natural fats.  Pigs enjoy a variety of vegetable scraps throughout the season and are finished on pumpkins and apples.

Heritage Pork Packages

Combining our most popular items, this package is ~9lbs, 5 lb boneless roast, chops, 1 lb smoked bacon and 2 lbs of sausage of your choice or ground pork.  Price $85.

Heritage Pork - Bulk Packages

Available as "1/2 hog" (~60 lbs)  or "1/4 hog" (~30 lbs) packages this is the most economical way to purchase your pork.  Each package contains a variety of cuts including, shoulder roasts, ribs, bone-in chops, fresh ham, bacon and ground.  Cost works out to an average of $8.75 per lb of butchered pork.
